TEACHER PROFESSIONALITY OF AL-ISLAM AND KEMUHAMMADIYAHAN (AIK) IN IMPLEMENTING RELIGIOUS VALUES FOR STUDENTS AT MUHAMMADIYAH NITIKAN SD YOGYAKARTA DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Lack of students' ability to read and understand Islamic teachings well, practice religious values daily life, feelings insecurity, individualistic, hedonistic attitudes during the covid-19 pandemic are still found. The study described in this article is aimed determine teacher professionality Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) instilling for students at SD Muhammadiyah Nitikan Yogyakarta Covid-19 pandemic. type research was descriptive qualitative research. data sources were primary secondary data. Data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation. analysis used reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing. results showed that instilled values, had an educational background, Muhammadiyahan as organizational cadre who understood vision, mission, goals schools organizations. In addition, they pedagogical, professional, personality, social competence. They also could integrate into material contained lesson plans, using exemplary habituation methods, establishing good cooperation with parents community controlling students.
